For whom?
In order to obtain the certificates, it is important not only to have acquired the level to which the candidate is presented (according to the CEFR A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 or C2) but also to be familiar with the structure and tasks of the test in order to achieve the required score at each level. Therefore, it is advisable to enroll in preparation courses for these exams.
Objetives
In the courses, the guidelines on the exam, the structure, the practice of the different tasks with exam models, the revision of the more complex grammatical structures and the clarification of doubts will be worked on.
Since these are preparatory courses and not level-reaching courses, it is advisable to take them in the weeks prior to the test. In this way, the candidate becomes familiar with the type of exercises that will be encountered on the day of the exam. It is important to bear in mind that these are not courses intended to achieve the level, but rather they serve to know the exam, practice it and solve doubts that may arise.
Contents
During the course, the student will work with exam models. At home, the student will carry out the Written Expression and Reading Comprehension tasks, which will be corrected later. During class hours, Listening Comprehension and Oral Expression will be worked on, in addition to the grammatical points of the program that need to be reviewed to pass an exam of that level.
The DELE preparation course consists of 20 teaching hours taught during 5 weeks before the exam.

How?
The DELE Spanish diplomas are official qualifications accrediting the degree of competence and mastery of the Spanish language, which are awarded by the Cervantes Institute on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of Spain. DELE Diplomas cover all levels of the CEFR and do not expire. The SIELE certificates, on the other hand, are only valid for two years. The Instituto Cervantes offers eight DELE exams.
In Spain, diplomas are recognized by institutions and national, autonomous and local bodies, such as:
Ministry of Justice of Spain: DELE A2 or higher for the requirement of knowledge of Spanish in application processes for Spanish nationality for people from non-Spanish-speaking countries or territories.
Ministry of Health: DELE C1 or C2 for access to MIR, FIR places.
Homologation of studies carried out in another country: people who have a DELE C2 and join the Spanish educational system by validation of studies carried out in another country will be exempt from taking other tests of Spanish proficiency.
General State Administration and public bodies: Spanish diplomas (DELE) are considered sufficient proof of competence in Spanish for any professional or academic activity in Spain for which the corresponding level of competence is required.

ANNUAL ANOUNCEMENTS
Currently there are seven annual announeents for the diplomas, since in recent years those of February and September have been added due to the great demand for the DELE A2 Diploma, which is required to those who want to obtain the Spanish nationality.
The Instituto Cervantes has approved the following dates for the DELE exams in 2023 and 2024:

If you finally decide not to do effective the remaining payment of the chosen course, the suspension will occur temporary of the file and, where appropriate, the cancellation of the academic purposes, without the right to a refund of tuition paid.
